Dear customer,

In order to get ISO 17025 certification, we must be able to guarantee security of the information transmitted by electronic means. Therefore, we want to inform you that from now on transmission of information will be subjected to a new mode that will be effective on 17 April 2007.

Information to be transmitted to you will be uploaded in your secure dedicated site on our server. You will be able to download the information as soon as you are advised by e-mail that the information is available. The reports in PDF format and the photometric files will be saved for a maximum period of two weeks on your secure dedicated site.

To implement this system, you will have to fill the enclosed form and return it to us before 15 March 2007 to update our data base.

Please advise us of any change related to the information in the form. We will communicate with the designated person to supply the necessary password and explain the procedure to follow to access the information. Get Form Here

Furthermore, we ask that you fill online the document “Photometric Test Request” and attach it to your purchase order for photometric test. This form is available on our website FORM-Q017
